2. APPLY
Once you’ve found an opportunity of interest, you can submit your application online. During your application you will be prompted to complete a Skills Assessment. We’ll send you an email confirming receipt of your application. The appropriate recruiter will review your experience and qualifications and will contact you within 2-4 weeks. You can check the status of your application by logging into your applicant profile you created to apply.
3. REVIEW
Depending on the role, location and timeliness, we may ask you to complete any or all of the following: phone screen, references, pre-employment testing, and in-person interview(s). We use this time to review your skills and experience. You will be receiving timely communication via email and/or phone with status updates. It's also your opportunity to evaluate whether or not the role is right for you.
4. OFFER
If you’re selected for the position, an offer of employment will be extended contingent upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical, drug screen, nicotine screen, background check which includes education verification, and references. If a positive nicotine screen is identified, you may still be considered for employment, provided you agree to participate in a 4 week, online smoking cessation program through Sparrow’s Be-Well program. If you are not selected for the position, you will receive communication from Human Resources.
5. ONBOARDING
Once you’ve accepted our offer, you’ll receive information outlining the onboarding process. You’ll also receive communication with the necessary new hire documents. Following determination of your start date, your first days on the job will involve Sparrow new caregiver orientation as well as specific departmental orientation.
